I have always been an avid reader, mostly in the Fantasy and Romantasy genre. Escapism> Reality Growing up, writing was always a way to pass the quiet moments, a way to clear my head. I would jot down a few snippets here and there. Occasionally I would write a few chapters if the story really spoke to me. Then adult life took over. I didn’t have much time for reading or writing. You know how it goes. After I had my kids, I finally got back to reading. Fell back in love with the world (even if it was just imaginary ones). One late night when my daughter was a newborn I got the urge to write. Some pesky characters wouldn't leave me alone. So, I wrote. I kept writing. Before I knew it i was almost 50k words in. I knew that I wanted to share this story with others... so here we are.
