What do I need to start?+
Your manuscript as a Word file (.docx), in one file or one per chapter, or a Google Doc shared with “Anyone with the link”.
What does it cost?+
The preview is free. Downloading the print-ready PDF, the ebook (EPUB) and the corrected Word file is $34.99 per book, or $14.99 for Quilltips Plus members. After that, changes and new downloads for that book are free.
Which printers does it work with?+
Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and Quilltips Shop (via Lulu). Choose from eight trim sizes: novel sizes from 5×8 to 6×9 inches, 6.14×9.21 and 7×10 for nonfiction, and 8.5×11 for workbooks and guides. You can switch sizes after you see the preview.
Can I change things after I see the preview?+
Yes. Switch the design, trim size or printer, accept or ignore proofreading suggestions, fix how a heading was read, and replace images, as many times as you like.
What happens to my manuscript?+
It’s stored privately and used only to format your book and to improve the formatter. It is never used to train AI models, by us or by the AI providers that process it. We never publish or sell it, and you can delete it any time.
