She’s been rooting for the monster since childhood, which probably explains the Hungry and Haunted premise.. where grief, trauma, and desire take root in the land itself, and in the people who can't quite leave it behind. AJ lives in rural southern Oregon with two German Shepherds, six snakes, and a husband with the patience of a saint. By day she works in mental health; by night she makes jewelry out of bones, bullets, and skeleton keys, and unwinds with a truly unreasonable amount of true crime.
