Dear Readers,

The Game has changed. The stakes are higher, the enemies are deadlier, and Dorian Black is no longer the man who first entered this unforgiving universe.

When I began writing Shadow Caste, I wanted to push Dorian beyond everything he'd endured in the first two books. Surviving was no longer enough. Growing stronger was no longer enough. Now, he must decide what kind of power he's willing to become and what he's willing to sacrifice to obtain it.

This book is about evolution, loyalty, betrayal, and the dangerous line between becoming a monster and becoming something monsters fear.

I wanted to expand the world of Ascension Game, revealing the darker forces operating behind the scenes, the secrets of the Authority, and the hidden players manipulating events from the shadows. Because in a universe ruled by overwhelming power, sometimes the most dangerous enemies are the ones claiming to protect you.

Dorian's journey takes him into conflicts far greater than anything he's faced before. New alliances will be forged, old loyalties tested, and battles fought that will change the course of his future forever.

But beneath the brutal combat, powerful abilities, and relentless progression, this story asks a simple question: How much of yourself can you sacrifice in pursuit of power before you become someone you no longer recognize?

To everyone who has followed Dorian from Darkness Before Light through The Living Tower, thank you. Every review, recommendation, and message reminds me why I love building these worlds.
