From heartfelt poetry to chilling mysteries and psychological thrillers, her writing explores grief, obsession, love, and the choices that shape who we become. When she isn't writing, Audra enjoys baking for the small bakery business she runs with her cousin and spending time with her family. She loves creating stories that keep readers guessing until the very last page and characters who stay with them long after the book is closed.

To My Readers,
I’ve never been very good at talking about myself.
Give me fictional characters carrying emotional baggage, impossible choices, unresolved trauma, and a healthy amount of chaos, and I can spend months with them. Ask me to write about me, and suddenly I have no idea where to begin.
So I’ll start here.
Thank you for reading.
Not in the casual “thanks for buying my book” kind of way. I mean thank you for choosing to spend hours of your life with something that started as a thought in my head.
Every story I’ve written began because there was something I couldn’t let go of. A scene. A question. A character who refused to leave me alone until I understood them. Writing isn’t something I do because it’s easy. It’s something I do because certain stories won’t leave me in peace until they’re told.
Most of the people who end up in my books are flawed. They make mistakes. They hold grudges. They break things. Sometimes they break themselves.
Maybe that’s why I write them.
I’ve never been interested in perfect heroes or effortless love stories. I’m interested in what survives after everything falls apart.
Those are the stories that stay with me.
If you’ve connected with my characters, cried with them, yelled at them, fallen in love with them, or wanted to throw one of them off a cliff at some point, then you’ve experienced them exactly the way I have.
And if you’ve followed me through multiple books, thank you for trusting me enough to keep turning the page.
Being an independent author means building everything one step at a time. There are moments when it feels impossible. There are moments when I question every word. But there are also moments when a reader reaches out and tells me a story mattered to them, and suddenly all those long nights staring at a blinking cursor make sense.

Becoming officially recognized on Google as indie authors feels surreal in the best way. It’s one of those milestones you dream about quietly, wondering if it will ever happen — and then suddenly, there it is, real and undeniable.
More than anything, this moment is a reminder that none of us walk our creative path alone. Every late night, every setback, every stubborn decision to keep going matters. When you commit to your craft and hold onto your vision even through the hard seasons, your dreams have a way of meeting you halfway.
Here’s to persistence, community, and the courage to keep creating. The journey is just getting started.
